Hauptthemen der weiteren Vorlesungen sind: der Wandel der Manager-Ideologien in der anglo-amerikanischen und der russischen Zivilisation in den letzten zwei Jahrhunderten; die These, daß revolutionäre Krisen eine typische Begleiterscheinung der Anfangsphase der Industrialisierung sind und die Staatsbürgerschaft der unteren Bevölkerungsschichten in der Vergangenheit wie in der Gegenwart ein politisches Hauptproblem der sogenannten Entwicklungsländer darstellt; die Konvergenz von relativer Rückständigkeit und geistiger Mobilisierung, in der Bendix eine Hauptursache für die weltweite Verbreitung und die Dauerhaftigkeit des Nationalismus sieht.
