Author Biography
Xiao Ping is a professor in College of Humanities and Communications at Shanghai Normal University where she teaches writing and drama. She loves musicals, gourmet food, and various stone products. She enjoys writing stories and has written more than thirty books for children and young adults. Her works have won numerous national and international children’s literature awards. She now lives in Shanghai with her husband and son, along with Big Clumsy and Little Clumsy—their two lovely tortoises.
