Author Biography

Prof. Dr. Ingo Hamm was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, then worked for a DAX-listed company and finally followed his passion for research and consulting as a professor of business psychology.

Dr. Wolf-Bertram von Bismarck is a management consultant at Focus First and previously held senior personnel positions in the management and boardrooms of PUMA, Fielmann, Imtech and JOB AG.
Hamm and von Bismarck have been working together for several years on solutions to challenges facing organizations. In doing so, they demystify numerous trend concepts of the "New Work" movement around work and leadership. They are interested in contemporary, but feasible recommendations that have a real economic and psychological impact.
Hamm and von Bismarck are experienced and sought-after authors, as is impressively demonstrated, for example, by Hamm's non-fiction book "Wettbewerbsfaktor Mensch" or Bismarck's publications on shaping the world of work.
