Veronika Engler
Best-selling author Veronika Engler was born in 1982 in the beautiful state capital of Munich. Even today she lives and works there with her husband and their son. As the daughter of an Oscar winner in film technology, she came into contact with the world of stories and entertainment at an early age. One day, her love of reading gave her the idea of writing a novel according to her wishes. This is how her first love story came about in 2014, which was published that same year. Today she inspires a wide readership in all age groups 18+ with her romance novels from the genres of erotic, new adult and romantasy.

Panenka
We were born more than ten years ago as a monthly paper magazine, with the experience that this entails in public distribution. The central theme of our magazine is football, but always with an eye on culture, politics and society, and treated from slow journalism. Three years ago, we started publishing books with the same philosophy: football as a theme, but in contact with many other edges. We've already published eight books, three every year. Among the books there is variety: novels, history, journalism, biographies, Spain, England, Africa... We keep a geographic variety.

To establish a reading habits base for children from 0-4.3. To increase the level of YA books -both Fantasy, fiction and non-fiction- in terms of their content and illustrations.As the majority in the publishing industry, we have been affected by COVID-19 epidemic. However, we have decided to participate at Frankfurter Buchmesse this year to look at what is new in the industry and to expand our network. We seek long term partnerships.

Founded in 2005, POL is a full-service agent that translates Iranian books and represents Persian language publishers, authors, and illustrators across the world. POL Try to make publicity of Iranian books through the introduction and presentation in major international cultural events such as book fairs to sell their rights as well as identifying and introducing useful books from other countries to translate and publish in Iran. At present POL handles the rights of more than 60 Iranian authors and publishers' titles to sell their rights. Almostafa International Translation and Publication center
It has the goal of trying to propagate and spread Islamic knowledge inside and outside of Iran. We have thus far published books in Islamic Sciences and the Humanities from the beginning of 2000, and have been able to publish about 1800books in 25 topics. Some of these publications have reached their 13th print. From these publications, 345 are educational textbooks whereas 957 are research based.

Königshausen + Neumann GmbH
The publishing house Königshausen & Neumann was founded in 1979 by the students Johannes Königshausen and Thomas Neumann and has quickly developed into a well-known publishing house for the Humanities in a national and international context. Today we have a backlist of more than 7,000 available (!) titles, with a focus on philosophy, literature and cultural studies, history, psychology, music and art. Many scientists have taken their first steps at K&N. Robert Habeck has published his master's and doctoral theses at K&N. Artists are represented in our programme, such as Diana Damrau, Anja Harteros or Jonas Kaufmann, Marco Goecke or Robert Tewsley. Artists are brought into conversation in a unique way: Richard Wagner or Francisco de Goya, for example. Elazar Benyoëtz entrusts us with his work, but also the young generation of writers, such as Manfred Kern, Markus Orths or Sophie Reyer, published by K&N.
