Jandaíra is an independent publisher of books by Brazilian authors who are thought-provoking and daring for children and adults.Originally Pólen Livros, it was born to explore new horizons, to establish partnerships, new ideas and to value voices. With a focus on women, contemplating the greatest diversity of feminine universes, she started her catalog with works written by and for women, to tell the feminine vision of stories, the world, society. And as a perspective for a new future, children came with themes to be discussed by people of all ages.In 2020, in partnership with the Sueli Carneiro seal, we achieved wide reach in bookstores throughout Brazil! Helvetia Editrice
Edizioni Helvetia was born in 1972 from an idea of the poet and musician Gianni Spagnol who, after a six-year experience in Zurich as a printer at an important publishing complex, wanted to found in Venice - between Campo San Rocco and Campo San Tomà, not far from the Frari Church - a printing house/publishing house that would promote and stimulate the historical-literary production of the Venetian and Venetian area in detail. Then, with the 90s, the company was moved to the mainland. In 2006, with the acquisition by its granddaughter Daniela Spagnol, the name changed to Helvetia Editrice and the publications continued to explore themes linked to the territory, especially in the "Rosso Veneziano" series - which gathers historical curiosities, with a "popular" and mainly narrative slant - and the "VeneziaeVenetoVivo" series - more linked to pure historical non-fiction and documentation. Enriched with non-fiction and fiction, since 2019 Helvetia has been back in the game with two series that challenge the usual comfort zone by leaving the local territory: "Taccuini d'Autore" (Author's Notebooks), which collects books on the road, texts that travel and travel along the frontier of writing; and "Nuovi Territori" (New Territories), a line created to enhance new authors and unusual topics from experimental themes.

Bernd Liske
Bernd Liske, born in 1956, studied mathematics in Chemnitz and is the owner of Liske information management systems. From its founding in 1998 until May 2015, Bernd Liske was a member of the main board of BITKOM, where he worked in the defense, education and knowledge management working groups. In the course of his efforts to deal with the revelations of Edward Snowden in the NSA affair, he was expelled from BITKOM in 2015. From 1998 to 2003 he was a member of the board of the Association of Organizations and Information Systems (VOI). Bernd Liske has been dealing with socio-political issues for many years. In his analyzes and concepts, he deals with social, political and economic problems in our society in order to make contributions to maintaining Germany as a business location. His book “PRISM A Lesson for our Democracy”, published in September, grew out of this. The diversity of the topics he deals with as well as the systemic principles used for their treatment can be followed on his homepage at and on his TWITTER channels @BerndLiske, @LiskeAphorismen and @LiskeZitate. He now regards his aphorisms as an open source operating system for the analysis and design of social processes and has been using them successfully for years.
