Jadavpur University Press is a publisher of original academic works, annotated editions of previously published works, translations and scholarly compilations. JUP is committed to producing scholarly editions of high standard on a wide range of subjects. We are nourished by and benefit from our access to JU’s large and varied intellectual community. Our particular interests lie in: Works of a scholarly nature Original research Translations Reprints of rare texts Reissues of the university’s backlist We see ourselves as part of an effort to keep in circulation a scholarly heritage.
