Der Baumeister von Landsberg ist - nach Aussage vieler Leser - eine gelungene Mischung aus historisch getreuem Sachbuch und unterhaltsamer Belletristik. Das versuchen wir auch in unseren Kriminalromanen wiederzugeben. In unseren Romanen und Kurzgeschichten-Sammlungen werden die Protagonisten mit Grenzen konfrontiert, die das Leben selbst mit sich bringt. Dabei soll die Bandbreite menschlichen Handelns aufgezeigt werden, das oft auch gesellschaftliche Konventionen in Frage stellt.

        »Der Fuchs weiß viele Dinge, aber der Igel weiß ein großes Ding.« Dieses Versfragment des griechischen Dichters Archilochos beschreibt die zentrale These von Isaiah Berlins (1909–1997) meisterhaftem Essay über Tolstoj, in dem er eine fundamentale Unterscheidung trifft – zwischen Leuten (Füchsen), die sich von einer unendlichen Vielfalt von Dingen angezogen fühlen, und solchen (Igeln), die alles auf ein einziges, umfassendes System beziehen. Tolstoj sehnte sich nach einer einheitlichen Sicht der Dinge, aber seine Wahrnehmung von Menschen, Sachen und historischen Augenblicken war so genau, daß er nicht anders konnte, als zu schreiben, wie er sah, fühlte und verstand. Er war von Natur ein Fuchs, der ein Igel sein wollte.

        »Nicht für jedes Ding gibt es ein Wort«, vermeldet das Große Wörterbuch der slowenischen Sprache. Aleš Šteger, als Reisender in vielen Sprachen und Ländern zu Hause, Autor mehrerer Gedichtbände und einer Reiseprosa über Peru und César Vallejo, stellt diese Einsicht seinem neuen Lyrikband als Motto voran. Doch es fehlt nicht nur an Worten. Wie seine streng gebauten, leichtfüßigen Texte, 50 Gedichte, zeigen, haben wir schon das Selbstverständliche nie richtig kennengelernt: Büroklammer, Seife, Zahnstocher (»dieser kleine Robespierre im Maul des Polyphem «), Regenschirm, Hut und Fußmatte. In Štegers Gedichten werden sie aufgerufen und treten uns, dem Allgemeinbegriff entschlüpft, entgegen; sie stellen Fragen, die zu groß sind für so kleine Dinge. Unklare, sich verwandelnde Seinsformen wie Ei, Wurst und Schokolade machen stutzig. Das Brot offenbart seinen sadomasochistischen Charakter: »Ja, ja, es liebt dich, deshalb nimmt es jetzt dein Messer in sich auf. / Es weiß, daß sich all seine Wunden in deiner Hand verkrümeln. « – Nicht zur Benennung der Dinge fehlen uns die Worte, sondern für die Antworten, die wir ihnen schuldig sind.

Therefore, the protection of property rights of festival resources is not only a development trend of intangible cultural heritage protection, but also a necessary operation technology. The draft of this book draws on the construction of the intellectual property protection system of the Dai folk festivals from the distribution characteristics, cultural values, inheritance protection, development and utilization of the Dai folk festivals, and guides the administrative forces and civil society to make reasonable use of the Dai folk festivals Protect development. The draft was listed as the 2010 National Social Science Fund Project "Research on the Protection and Countermeasures of the Intellectual Property Rights of the Dong Folk Festival".
