This Graphic Novel takes up one of the oldest German sagas: The Pied Piper of Hamelin. The ancient story is drawnin an innovative style and subversively retold from the city's youth perspective. They call him: The Catcher. Hamelin 1284: The city suffers from a plague of rats. A cool stranger comes to town and is hired to lure the rats away. The city’s youngsters are watching him intently. He drives away the rats. But when he demands his wages, the citizens refuse to pay for this service. The Rat-Catcher leaves town – but not alone. Who’s following now?
