This book makes an attempt, through empathic tracing in connection with the biographical background, to follow a few steps in the life of a great artist, to spend a few hours with him on a fictional level, so to speak, in order to find an access to the person who, through his work over several generations, influenced the listeners of his songs in their life direction.I try to put together known facts from his life and to create a kind of experience report out of it, which on the one hand is very close to the biography of the artist and on the other hand can only be an orientation on the provable key data. Nevertheless I try to shed light on the causes or triggers for the concrete examination of the topics love, hope and faith, in which the work and primarily the lyrics to his songs are reflected."I am my words, if I had not experienced what I write about myself, the songs would be worth nothing".Meanwhile this person talks about his life almost exclusively in his lyrics and often you just have to listen to it to understand.He processes his past, reflects himself and his environment, year after year and remains an (almost) normal guy.He has a penchant for psychological topics, in his private life he deals a lot with epistemological theories from different currents and still the Old and New Testament is important.A few years ago, for example, he came across the story with his namesake and, as is his way, he illuminated it from all sides and carried it around with him for a while.He is in constant search, he wants to learn more about himself and his self. Therefore he is very well-read and on the trail of the secret of human existence. A substantial role plays here to explain this world to himself and to use the own realizations, also in order to be able to take leave of this world sometime in peace. It is a question of faith, his life is a never ending search and therefore it is also beneficial for Bob Dylan not to be able to understand everything.These statements actually say everything to be able to classify his work and also to get to know the different personalities that he unites in himself and lets speak about his songs.This person has been polishing the philosopher's stone for decades.
