Oni Bhattacharya is a leading Employability Trainer in the UK who has worked in both the private and public sectors with the long-term unemployed. He developed his ideas working in this field bringing together life coaching skills, a no-nonsense approach and practical ways to get working fast. As well as being a qualified business and life coach he is a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which he uses in his work. Before entering this field he spent 22 years as a TV and radio news producer, presenter, editor and reporter, working for most of the UK’s leading broadcasters. He also runs a contract cleaning franchise and has worked in retailing and customer service. He is married, has two sons and currently lives in Essex.
