Scratch Programming for School Kids
This book is aimed at enabling children of age 6 and above to use the Scratch programming language developed by the MIT Media Lab. By learning the basics of Scratch programming, children will acquire the skills of thinking creatively, reasoning systematically and working collaboratively. With the help of comical characters, mom, dad and kids together can enjoy writing programs related to math, science, music, art and much more.

The author, since around 2008, has been teaching children how to program using Scratch. He hosts a group named "OtOMO" which organizes programming workshops for kids, plans sponsored programming events for small children, and offers training to school teachers on programming.
