About the Author Catherine Best is an experienced editor of cookery books and a lover of good food. She has worked on many books that introduce keen cooks to far-flung exotic cuisines, as well as those that focus on traditional country and family recipes. Her portfolio career has included spells as a school secretary, piano teacher and PA to a classical musician.
