The young, dutiful New York lawyer Rachel Marmorstein inherits a law office after the death of her senior partner. The charming, daredevil Daniel Eisen, whom she takes on as junior partner, thoroughly disrupts her orderly life with his unorthodox practices. Suddenly Rachel finds herself part of a criminal investigation: her sister Sadie is accused of having killed her boss. Marmorstein and Eisen do all they can to find the real murderer. Will they succeed in proving Sadie’s innocence?
