Cartas a la primavera
by Vera, Shantí
Description
Letters to Spring collects the letters that Shantí Vera wrote to her sister, anthropologist and human rights defender Nadia Vera, who unjustly lost her life on August 1, 2015 after fleeing Veracruz due to threats against her. In Letters to Spring, Nadia returns as a leaf, a sea, a moon, a horizon. The book articulates a reflection of deep poetic force that teaches us to go through pain and to honor life when the path of hope seems to have closed.
