Smith-Obolensky Media is an international media boutique featuring the work by award-winning author Ivan Obolensky. His gothic mystery, Eye of the Moon, sold over ten thousand copies and the sequel is well underway for release next year. The Latin American Spanish literary translation has been accepted into the Librería Nacional chain, the largest in Colombia, for a thousand paperbacks to be sold in their stores (including those in three international airports). We are magicmakers. How many of us have changed from a simple line we once read, or a film we saw at a crossroads moment? The art of storytelling, in all its facets, is something we celebrate. In this spirit, we accept projects on a limited basis and focus on one author at a time, so we can fully present their works.

Founded in 1947, Samir Éditeur is a Beirut-based francophone publishing house specializing in children’s books and textbooks. We publish in both French and Arabic languages, and our books are distributed worldwide. Our children’s book list includes picture books, first readers, fiction and non-fiction titles for ages 2 to 17. We publish original content as well as carefully curated translations such as Roald Dahl’s books. Our family of culturally and geographically diverse authors and illustrators enriches our catalogue with award-winning titles, such as our YA title Caballero by Lenia Major that won 3 awards and got 3 mentions in France (2017-2018) or our picture book Raconte encore, grand-mère ! by Marido Viale and Xavière Broncard that won the Prix Chronos (2016). Our latest YA novel Droit devant is currently shortlisted for 5 literary awards. We are among those who were the most affected by the Beirut blast this past August. Our offices were completely destroyed; fortunately, our staff had been working from home due to the covid outbreak, so there were no human losses. Helvetia Editrice
Edizioni Helvetia was born in 1972 from an idea of the poet and musician Gianni Spagnol who, after a six-year experience in Zurich as a printer at an important publishing complex, wanted to found in Venice - between Campo San Rocco and Campo San Tomà, not far from the Frari Church - a printing house/publishing house that would promote and stimulate the historical-literary production of the Venetian and Venetian area in detail. Then, with the 90s, the company was moved to the mainland. In 2006, with the acquisition by its granddaughter Daniela Spagnol, the name changed to Helvetia Editrice and the publications continued to explore themes linked to the territory, especially in the "Rosso Veneziano" series - which gathers historical curiosities, with a "popular" and mainly narrative slant - and the "VeneziaeVenetoVivo" series - more linked to pure historical non-fiction and documentation. Enriched with non-fiction and fiction, since 2019 Helvetia has been back in the game with two series that challenge the usual comfort zone by leaving the local territory: "Taccuini d'Autore" (Author's Notebooks), which collects books on the road, texts that travel and travel along the frontier of writing; and "Nuovi Territori" (New Territories), a line created to enhance new authors and unusual topics from experimental themes.

We are a modern literary agency based in the capital of Finland. HLA offers publishers the best selection of Finnish fiction and nonfiction authors, as well as a list of selected children's books – a beautiful variety of genres and styles. Founded in the beginning of 2017, the agency is a joint venture of four independent Finnish publishing houses: Gummerus, Schildts & Söderströms, Siltala and Teos.
